The Mass Upload feature allows administrators to bulk upload a list of users to the marketplace, making it easier to onboard new merchants and buyers.
Accessing the Feature
- Log in to the Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Users > User List > Mass Upload Users.
Uploading Users
- Click Get the format here to download the CSV template.
- Fill in the required user details in the CSV file.
- To create a seller/merchant profile, set the Is seller field to
yes. - To create a buyer profile, set the Is seller field to
no.

- Click Upload to import the updated CSV file into the marketplace.
Upload Status
- After uploading, Arcadier will display the status of the import:
- Successful – Users were added successfully.
- Failed – There were errors in the upload.
- Administrators can undo the last import action if needed.
Limitations
- Custom user fields are not supported in the Mass Upload feature.
