This feature allows for marketplace admins to view the merged list of merchants and consumers login on the admin dashboard.
This merged login is a helpful tool which allows marketplace admins to view both their merchants’ and consumers’ login on the same page.
Admins can now log in to their buyers’ accounts in the event of any dispute resolutions.
In order to access this feature, follow the steps below:
- Go to the ‘Users’ button on the admin panel
- View the merged list of merchants and consumers login details as seen in the image below
