In cases of harassment or disputes involving an errant seller, marketplace admins can block sellers to protect buyers. Once the issue is resolved, you can restore seller access.
To Block or Restore Seller Access

Click the Users tab.

Select the user you want to grant or deny access.
Toggle User Access to:- YES – Grants access
- NO – Denies access
What Happens When Access Is Denied?
- The seller cannot log in to their account.
- They cannot upload listings on your marketplace.
- Their items will not be visible or purchasable.
If there are unfulfilled orders, you must either:
- Facilitate order fulfillment, or
- Process refunds as appropriate.
