Admins can bulk upload up to 1,000 new products via CSV, including all fields, custom fields, and up to 5 image reference links, for one or multiple merchants.
This guide walks you through preparing your file, uploading it, reviewing results, and resolving any issues.
Precondition
- This feature is designed only for B2C Variant level template.
- For other templates, you’ll need to manually edit each item after mass upload to complete the listing.
Steps to Upload Items via Admin Mass Upload
1. Access the Mass Upload Page
- From your dashboard, go to Items.
- Click Item List in the sidebar.
- Click the Mass Upload button.
2. Set the CSV File Format
- Click Download CSV Format to access the format settings.
- You’ll see a list of Category Groups (CSV format configurations).
- For each group, you can:
- Export CSV – Download the template.
- Edit – Modify the format.
- Delete – Remove the group.
4. To create a new format group, click + Create New Group (top right).
3. Create or Edit a CSV Format Group
- Go to the Create / Edit Group screen.
- Enter a Group Name (e.g., “Hotel Listings”).
- Select a Category (e.g., Hotels, Motels, Rentals).
- Choose the Item Fields to include in the CSV.
- Click Save to finalize.
4. Prepare Your CSV File
- Click Export CSV to get the template.
- Fill in the required fields using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ensure:
- No empty cells in required columns.
- No invalid formats (e.g., text in a price column).
- Prepare product details such as Merchant ID (available column if the admin is the one mass uploading items) Item Name, Price, and Stock Quantity.
CSV Template Overview
The template includes columns for essential product details and optional custom fields. Below are the key columns:

Common Issues
- Missing required fields (e.g., Item Name, Price).
- Incorrect file format (.xls instead of .csv).
- Invalid image URLs. Must be publicly accessible.
Best Practices
- Keep SKUs unique.
- Test with a small batch before uploading your full inventory.
- Ensure custom fields match platform requirements.
Note:
- Stock Quantity - If the item has variants, leave this field blank or set it to 0 (blank defaults to 0).For unlimited stock, use the Stock Limited field instead.
- Stock Limited - Set to FALSE for unlimited stock. Set to TRUE if stock tracking applies.
- Custom field type Location, Image, PDF file are not supported.
5. Upload Your CSV File
- Click Select CSV and choose your file.
- Click Upload to begin the import.
6. Review Uploaded Items
After uploading, you’ll see a summary showing:
- Total items uploaded
- Successful uploads
- Failed uploads
- Warnings (highlighted in red)
7. Handle Errors and Warnings
- Click Download Failed Imports to get the error report.
- Review and fix issues (e.g., missing fields, invalid formats).
- Save and re-upload the corrected CSV file.
8. View Upload Results
Scroll down to see a table with:
- Item Name
- Upload Result (Success / Failed)
- Error Notice
9. Check Upload History
- Go to the History tab in the Mass Upload page.
- Each entry shows:
- Timestamp
- Number of items uploaded
- Status (e.g., “Upload completed”)
- Undo option (to roll back if needed)
Where Uploaded Items Appear
Once items are successfully uploaded for a specific Merchant ID, they will be visible in:
- Merchant Inventory Page – Items appear in the merchant’s inventory.
- Merchant Storefront – Items are listed and visible to customers.
- Search Results Page (SRP) – Items show up in search and filter results.
- Homepage – Latest Listings Section – Newly uploaded items are featured.
- Item Details Page – Each item has a complete, accessible details page.
Final Notes
Mass Upload is a powerful tool to streamline item listing for B2C (variant level) merchants. For other template we have to manually edit the mass uploaded items one-by-one to complete the listing.
