Arcadier’s Multi-Admin feature allows Marketplace Owners to grant admin access to multiple people. This is especially useful for marketplaces expanding their team and requiring several personnel to manage operations.
Steps to Invite Additional Admins
1. Navigate to the Users Tab
- Go to the Users tab in your Admin Dashboard.
- Click on the Invite Admin button.
2. Enter Admin Email Addresses
- A pop-up will appear where you can input the email addresses of the people you want to invite as admins.
- Click Send to send the invitation.
3. Invited User Creates an Account
- The invited user will receive an email with a link.
- They must click Create Account to register as an admin.
- Important: The link can only be used once and will not work if the username already exists in your marketplace.
4. Complete Registration
- The invited user fills in their details and clicks Create Account to finalize the process.
Things to Note
- Only Marketplace Owners can invite additional admins.
- Each invite link is single-use and tied to the email address provided.
- Existing usernames cannot be reused for admin registration.
