The Arcadier support team will prepare the CSR for you based on the information you provide.
Information You Need to Prepare
Before contacting support, make sure you have the following details ready:
1. Arcadier URL
Your marketplace’s Arcadier subdomain.
Example: yourmarketplace.arcadier.io
2. Custom Domain
The custom domain you will apply the SSL certificate to.
Example: www.yourmarketplace.com
3. Organization
Your company or legal business name.
4. Organization Unit
Your department or division name (e.g., “IT Department,” “E‑Commerce Team”).
5. City or Locality
The city where your company is located.
6. State / Province
The state or province of your business.
7. Country
Your company’s country of registration, typically in 2‑letter ISO code format.
