If you encounter an issue or need assistance with your marketplace, you can easily submit a support request to the Arcadier Support Team through Zendesk.
This guide walks you through the steps to create and submit a new support request.
1. Sign in to the Arcadier Support Community
- Go to https://support.arcadier.com.
- Click Sign in at the upper-right corner.
- Enter your registered email and password.
2. Access the Submit a Request Page
Once signed in, click Submit a request located at the top-right corner of the page.
3. Fill in the Support Request Form
You’ll be directed to a form where you can provide details about your issue or inquiry.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

| CC | Add additional email addresses you want copied on the support request. |
| Marketplace URL* | Enter your marketplace link (e.g. example.arcadier.io). |
| Subject* | Provide a short summary of your issue (e.g., “Unable to upload product images”). |
| Description* | Describe the issue in detail. Include relevant context such as what you were doing when it occurred, screenshots, or logs. |
| Issue Type / Request Type* | Select the type that best fits your concern: • Question – General inquiries about using the platform . • Incident – Report a one-time issue affecting functionality. • Problem – Report a recurring issue or potential bug. • Task – Request a specific action, change, or setup.. |
| Affecting all users | Tick this box if the issue impacts all users on your marketplace. |
| Severity* | Select the appropriate severity level: • Severity 1 (Critical) • Severity 2 (High) • Severity 3 (Normal) • Severity 4 (Low) |
| Steps to Reproduce* | List clear, numbered steps to reproduce the issue so our team can replicate it. Example: 1. Go to Dashboard → Items 2. Click “Add Item” 3. Upload image → Error appears |
| Error Message (if any) | Include the full error message text or attach screenshots. |
| Attachments | (Optional) Upload screenshots, logs, or files that can facilitate the troubleshooting. |
4. Submit the Request
- Once all required fields are filled in, click Submit at the bottom of the form.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your ticket is successfully created.
5. Track Your Request
To check your request’s progress:
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Requests.
- You’ll see all your requests, their statuses, and any replies from the Arcadier Support Team.
