If you’ve bought a domain from Bluehost, you need to reconfigure your DNS settings to point the domain to your Arcadier Marketplace domain.
1. Log in to your Bluehost account
2. In the Domains menu bar, click on Zone Editor.
3. Select the domain you wish to configure.
4. Under Add DNS Record:
- Make sure the Host Record is www
- Leave the TTL at its default settings
- Choose Type to CNAME
- Replace Points To with your-marketplace-name.arcadier.io
- Click Add Record
5. You are done!
For adding sub-domain:
If you have a root domain and are already using it for other purposes, you can use a subdomain to point to your Arcadier marketplace instead.
If, for example, your root domain is sixsixes.co, and you want to add store.sixsixes.co as your subdomain:
1. Log in to your Bluehost account.
2. In the Domains menu bar, click on Zone Editor.
3. Select the domain you wish to configure.
4. Under Add DNS Record:
- Make sure the Host Record is store
- Leave the TTL at its default settings
- Choose Type to CNAME
- Replace Points To with your-marketplace-name.arcadier.io
- Click Add Record
5. You are done!
