Will my sellers be able to allow customers to get free delivery if they purchase above a certain value? (E.g. Purchase above $60 and receive free delivery across all items.)

Arcadier allows merchants to offer free shipping when buyers reach a minimum purchase amount. Follow the steps below to configure this in your marketplace.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Delivery Settings

1. Log in to your Merchant Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Delivery → Delivery Settings.
3. Click Add Delivery Option.

2. Enter the Delivery Option Details

Fill in all required shipping information such as:

• Delivery option name
• Delivery regions
• Estimated delivery time
• Other relevant details

After completing the fields, click Next or proceed to the Price settings.

3. Configure the Free Shipping Rule

1. Under Price, click the Price button.
2. Enter a Delivery Rate Name (e.g., “Free Shipping”).
3. For the Range field:
   • Select Onwards.
   • Enter the minimum purchase amount customers must reach to qualify (e.g., “₱1,000”).
4. For Delivery Cost, enter 0 to indicate that shipping is free once the minimum spend is met.

Example

If you want to offer free shipping for purchases ₱1,000 and above:

• Range: Onwards, Minimum value: 1000
• Delivery Cost: 0

That's it!

Once saved, buyers who reach the minimum purchase value will automatically see the free shipping option at checkout.
