Merchants can charge transport or delivery fees by setting them up under the Delivery section when creating a new service listing. Once configured, buyers will be able to select and pay the transport charges during checkout.
When to Use This
Use this setup when:
- You need to collect a fixed transport or delivery fee
- The transport cost applies per service or booking
- You want buyers to clearly see delivery charges at checkout
How to Add Transport Charges
Follow the steps below when creating or editing a service listing:
Step 1: Create or Edit a Service
- Go to Add Service (or edit an existing service).
- Navigate to the Delivery tab.
Step 2: Configure Delivery Fees
Under the Delivery section, fill in the following fields:
- Delivery Service
Enter a name for the transport charge (e.g. Transport Charges or Delivery Fee).
- Surcharge per Service
Enter the amount to be charged for transport.
Example:
- Delivery Service: Transport Charges
- Surcharge per Service: SGD $3.00
Step 3: Save the Listing
Save the service once all delivery details are completed.
Buyer Experience
- Buyers will see the transport charge as an option during checkout.
- The selected delivery fee will be added to the total order amount.

- Clearly name the delivery service so buyers understand what the fee is for
- Ensure the surcharge amount is accurate to avoid disputes
