The Password Reset Frequency feature allows you to set how many times and within a certain period your users can reset their passwords.
The marketplace administrator can access the Password Reset by navigating to Settings > Access Control > Password Reset.
Configuring Number of Password Resets Allowed
- The default value is 9.
- Click the dropdown menu for Number of Password Resets Allowed and select your preferred value.
Setting Time Intervals
- The default interval is 30 days.
- Click the dropdown menu for Time Intervals in Day(s) and select your preferred value.
Saving Your Settings
- After selecting your values, click Save to apply the changes.
