On the marketplace storefront, thumbnails of the rentals are listed and the buyer will see basic information such as the name of the seller, the rating and also the price per hour/minute. The buyer can use the search bar to search for their desired rentals such as ‘surfboard’. Then, the search results can be sorted by price, name, and rating.
After a buyer clicks on a particular rental, the buyer will be able to see additional information on the service, such as availability on the calendar.
Below are the steps to book the rental:
- Select a preferred date from the calendar
- Select a preferred time (in 15-minute intervals)
- Select the duration
- Select “Buy Now” and choose a mode of delivery before hitting “Checkout” to confirm the booking
- Select “Request to book” to ask questions or start negotiations with the seller
