First, the buyer will need to login to their marketplace. Then, the buyer can click on their profile thumbnail on the top right corner, and click ‘Purchases’ on the dropdown. The buyer will then be directed to the ‘Purchase History’ page. In this page, there would be 2 tabs:
- ‘Upcoming’, where upcoming bookings are listed/
- 'Ongoing/Past’, where ongoing and past bookings are listed.
The buyer can click on “View Order” on a purchase to obtain more details or leave feedbacks. The buyer can also click on ‘Message’ to chat with the seller.
