Marketplaces are platforms that are meant to be accessible all the time, but support teams cannot always be available immediately to answer pressing questions.
Arcadier allows marketplace administrators to add Frequently Asked Questions to their marketplace so that users can get answers immediately.
To add new FAQs:
1. In your admin portal, click on Content > Policies & Links > Policies then FAQ tab.
2. Click on "FAQ"
3. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Add Question"
4. You will be redirected to another page where you can key the question and answer into the editor
5. Click on "Preview" to see how your new FAQ will look like on your marketplace!
6. Click on "Save" to save your changes!
