Arcadier allows you as the administrator to add more than 2 tiers of categories. This means that beyond your category and sub-category, you will be able to add more category levels (see the screenshot below)
As a user, the navigation into each further sub-category would be simply clicking into a category that has an arrow on the right, indicating that there are further sub-categories to this category.
