If you do not have a payment gateway account linked to your marketplace, your merchants will not be able to onboard successfully.
Important Note for Admins
When onboarding onto your marketplace as an admin, you must use a different OpenID account than the one used for your marketplace admin login.
Common Onboarding Error
If your merchants encounter the following error during onboarding:
It is likely that your payment account has not been linked properly to your Stripe account.

To ensure your Stripe account is correctly linked to your marketplace:
