There are different order statuses for different delivery types when a purchase is made on the marketplace.
Retail and Goods Marketplace
Order Statuses (Pick-up)
- Acknowledged - Manually set by the seller to show buyers that they have acknowledged the order.
- Ready for pick-up– After the seller has prepared the products, he/she can change the item’s order status to “Ready for pick-up”. Arcadier will send an email notification to inform the buyer to pick up the item at the selected pick-up location.
- Collected– Once the buyer has picked up the item, the seller can set the item’s order status to “Completed”.
Order Statuses (Delivery)
- Created – After the buyer has successfully made a payment, Arcadier’s system will automatically set the status to "Created".
- Acknowledged - Manually set by the seller to show buyers that they have acknowledged the order.
- Delivered – After the seller has shipped/couriered/delivered the item, he/she can set the item’s order status to “Delivered”. The marketplace will automatically send an email notification to inform the buyer.
Service Booking, Space and Goods Rental Marketplace
There are 2 categories for statuses under these marketplace types - Upcoming: Services/Rentals that are going to happen in the future, and Ongoing/Past: Services/Rentals that are in the midst of being fulfilled or have been completed.
Order statuses :
- Created – After the buyer has successfully made a payment, Arcadier’s system will automatically set the status to "Created".
- Completed – The system will automatically list the service as “Completed” once the scheduled timeslot has passed. Alternatively, if the seller has fulfilled the service before the end time, the seller can set the item’s order status to “Completed”.
Refund
Sellers can tick the Refunded box when he/she has made a refund to the buyer. This will change the payment status to Refunded.
Note: The refund button does NOT trigger any refund processes with your integrated payment gateways with your buyer. It only updates the status in our system, you will still have to manually settle the refund of the cash with the buyer.
