Forgetting your password happens to everyone. Don’t worry, resetting your Marketplace password is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account.
Step 1: Go to the Sign-in Page
- Open the Marketplace Register/Sign-in page in your web browser.
- Click on “Forgotten your password?”.
Step 2: Enter Your Account Information
- Type your email address or username in the field provided.
- Click “Reset Password”.
Step 3: Check Your Email
- Open your email inbox and look for a reset password email from Marketplace.
- Click the link that says: “Please reset your password by clicking here.”
Step 4: Set a New Password
- Enter your new password in the fields provided.
- Click “Reset Password” to confirm.
Once completed, you can return to the login page and sign in using your updated password. If you do not receive the reset email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
