This article is for buyers/sellers to reset your password. If you are a marketplace admin, refer to this article to reset your admin password.
1) Click on "Forgot Password" on the Register/Sign-in page.
2) Enter your email or username and click "Reset password".
3) You will receive an email from the marketplace to reset your email. Click on "Please reset your password by clicking here".
4) Enter your new password and click "Reset Password".
