Admins can resend previously sent system emails to a different email address using the Mail Log in the Admin Portal.
Where to Find the Mail Log?
Log in to your Admin Portal.
Go to Content.
Click Email.
Select Mail Log.
You will see a list of all emails that have been sent from the marketplace.
How to Resend an Email?
In the Mail Log, find the email you want to resend.
Click the Resend button next to that email.
A pop-up window will appear asking for the recipient email address.
Changing the Recipient Email Address
By default, the original recipient’s email address will already be filled in.
You may:
Replace it with a different email address, or
Enter multiple email addresses (separate each email with a comma).
Click Send to resend the email.
