For non-English language marketplace:
For marketplaces that do not have English as the default language or have multiple languages, the admins can edit the email notifications sent to your buyers and merchants via the admin portal, under the Language tab > Edit Text > Email Notification.
For English language marketplace:
For marketplaces using English as the default and sole language, we recommend editing the email notifications through Email Template, which is located under the Email tab. This is an HTML email editor which allows admins to customise email templates that are automatically sent to their merchants or consumers.
