After registering as a seller, users will be redirected to their Seller Portal, where they can start uploading product listings immediately.

Uploading a New Product
On a Retail Goods marketplace, Once onboarding is complete:
- Go to Inventory.
- Click Create New Listing on the right side of the page.
Alternatively, sellers can hover their mouse over the Seller button to access the seller features and upload items by clicking Add New item.
Categories & Sub-categories
When adding a product, sellers must assign it to one or more categories created by the marketplace administrator.
- A product can be tagged to multiple categories.
- Selecting a sub-category automatically includes the product under its main category.
- This ensures buyers can find the product through category browsing and search.
Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)
The SKU field helps sellers identify and manage different products or variations of the same item.
- Each listing can have a unique SKU.
- Variants (e.g., sizes or colors) can each have their own SKU (e.g., a number for small sizes, another for medium sizes).
Product Images
Product Images
Sellers can upload up to 5 product photos. To upload images:
- Click Browse or drag-and-drop images into the upload window.
- Follow the image guidelines provided in the marketplace.

Item Variants
The Retail & Goods template allows sellers to create multiple variations of the same product (e.g., size, color, material).
To add variants:
- Toggle Variants to Yes.
- Add up to 3 variant options (e.g., size, color, fit).
- Add as many variant choices as needed (e.g., S, M, L, XL).
- Rearrange variant options by dragging them into order.
The system will automatically generate a table showing every possible combination.
For each variant, sellers can:
- Upload an image
- Assign a custom SKU
- Add any surcharge
- Enter stock quantity
- Mark stock as Unlimited
Custom Fields
Marketplace admins may require sellers to provide additional details using custom fields (e.g., calories for food items, product videos, website links, specialized descriptions).
- These fields help enhance product listings.
- Some custom fields may be mandatory, depending on admin settings.
Sellers simply fill these fields during item creation. Furthermore, the marketplace admin can decide whether the custom field should be made mandatory or not. For marketplace administrators to enable custom fields, click here for more information.
Once all required details are complete, click Save to publish the product to the marketplace.
