If you have reached 90% of your transaction limit of your subscribed plan, you will be notified via email of your usage and will be prompted to upgrade your subscription plan.
If you would like to upgrade your plan, you may do so from Subscription under My Account in your admin portal, where you will be billed the difference between the new and old package once you have successfully purchased your new plan.
If you would like to downgrade your plan, submit a ticket to us on Zendesk with the following information:
- Your marketplace.arcadier.io
- Reasons for downgrading
Once you have upgraded, your billing date will still remain the same as your previous billing cycle date.
