Once a seller has successfully registered on the marketplace, they will be redirected to their seller portal, where they can immediately begin uploading new listings.

Starting a New Listing

For Service Booking, Space Rental, or Goods Rental marketplaces, sellers can begin creating a listing by:
Clicking Create New Listing from the Sidebar Menu, or
Navigating to Inventory on the left panel and selecting Create New Listing.
Filling in Basic Listing Details

Sellers will be prompted to complete the essential information for their listing, which typically includes:
Category and sub-category selection
Listing name
Listing description
Item image
Setting Pricing, Duration, and Additional Details

In Service Booking, Space, or Goods Rental marketplaces, sellers will also need to configure:
The charging method (e.g., by time or rental duration)
Any additional fields introduced via custom fields
Location details
Delivery method, if applicable

Duration & Pricing
Sellers can set both the duration and the price for their service or rental. Available duration units include:
/minute
/hour
/day
/week
/month
Custom (allows entering a specific number of minutes or hours)
Note: For minute and hour durations, overnight bookings are not allowed.
Example: A booking from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM the next day is not permitted.
Managing Availability
For marketplaces that support bookings (Service Booking, Space Rental, or Goods Rental), the seller will have access to a booking calendar where they can set their available time slots or rental periods.
- After filling in all the necessary details, click Add New Listing button to upload the item/service listing onto the marketplace (depending on the marketplace)
