If you have discounts enabled on your marketplace, you may now choose whether discounts are excluded or included or excluded in the calculation of admin commission.
1) The default setting is to exclude discounts from Admin commission fee calculation. The calculation will follow:
Admin Fee = (item price x qty) * commission
You can choose to include discounts from the Admin commission fee calculation. The calculation will follow:
Admin Fee = ((item price x qty) - discount) * commission
Do take note that the change in the Admin commission calculation will only take place on new orders created after this is toggled on.
To turn on this toggle, go to Settings > General > Commission. And click Enable.
You will see a warning pop-up to inform you that:
- You must have a plug-in that can have discounts on the order first.
- Once you have enabled this, this action cannot be undone.
Once you agreed to the pop-up, the settings will be confirmed and changed.
