When we onboard you to the Arcadier Support Community on Zendesk, you’ll receive an email inviting you to activate your account. This activation allows you to create a password and gain access to community discussions, resources, and support tickets.
Step-by-Step Guide

Check your inbox
Arcadier Support will create your account. You will receive an email with the subject line:
“Activate account for Arcadier Support Community”- Sender: support@arcadier.zendesk.com
- If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Open the activation email
The email will look like this: -
Click on “Activate account” link
This will redirect you to the Arcadier Support Community page, where you can create your password. -
