In your admin portal, there is a basic marketplace analytics dashboard that you can access to analyze the performance of your marketplace.
- Overview of key metrics - total revenue sales and total orders
- Sales reports of total revenue & total orders (day, week, month)
- Bestseller items by total sales (monetary value) & number of items sold
- Top viewed items, showing the total views and the number of items sold
Currently, we only offer basic marketplace analytics but we are looking to partner with 3rd party Business Intelligence and Analytics vendors to bring more advanced analytics capabilities to you.
