Need to change language flag

Hey guys, so far everything is working well with my site, however the only thing i am struggling changing is the flag icon for language in top right hand corner.

I can changed the text through CSS but cant seem to change the flag through CSS.

Or maybe im missing something and there is an easy way to change the flag :)

any help to change the flag icon would be super!!
