I don't know how long this has been a problem with Arcadier or how many admins have submitted complains to support...but I've had this problem since I signed up and started on-boarding items to the platform
Custom filters don't work...at all...on any of the marketplaces and I know because I've already visited a couple of them to see if it was just mine.
Now like any SaSS company there are bound to be bugs... I get that. There always has to be iterations and updates and that's fine by me. What's not fine with me is the lack of communication between support - dev team and admins about fixes for key component requirements for a successful marketplace. One of them being filters that actually work.
More so being told that i have to wait until the next release -- No explanation or at least a general timeline for when the next update will be.
