Custom Filters Do Not Work
I don't know how long this has been a problem with Arcadier or how many admins have submitted complains to support...but I've had this problem since I signed up and started on-boarding items to the platform
Custom filters don't work...at all...on any of the marketplaces and I know because I've already visited a couple of them to see if it was just mine.
Now like any SaSS company there are bound to be bugs... I get that. There always has to be iterations and updates and that's fine by me. What's not fine with me is the lack of communication between support - dev team and admins about fixes for key component requirements for a successful marketplace. One of them being filters that actually work.
More so being told that i have to wait until the next release -- No explanation or at least a general timeline for when the next update will be.

Same here, still waiting for the fix for this.
It was working fine prior to the latest update I think.
The sorting seems to be broken too, the one where you can choose by new or price.

Same problem on my side.... The sorting seems to be working, but the custom filters do not work! They were working fine a few days ago though. This is really annoying...!

As of today, custom filters don/t work but was told by support that hopefully this month's update it will be fixed. Yes i agree it's really annoying.

This issue is really making things unusable.
