Limited working features
I've reached out to support about this but I am not sure if any one else is experiencing this basically my users are unable to upload products from ios devices but some how works on all other devices. Another problem is that my layout no longer saves just get constant errors on both sites along with filters not being available. Support tells me it is in review but I would have expected a resolution within 6 days. These are obviously very important and very basic features needed to launch but I'm beginning to be iffy at this point

I am experiencing the same issue. Indeed the Layout and some general features are not updating. I am also not able to change the FAQ section, I don't understand why???
As I am still in the process of customizing the marketplace, I cannot tell

Hopefully they can fix all the non saving issues with the next update

Hmm. I'm having the same problems with the FAQ section. I didn't realize until I read this that it's been a known issue for at least 4 months. Hopefully they get this resolved.
