Add London to the GMT +00:00 list

I would like it to be clearer to my users that GMT +00:00 is the UK time zone. 

 

Perhaps add London to the cities: Casablanca, Monrovia and Reykjavik

  We are getting this up right now. You should be seeing this by mid-November 2017.
