How come the Arcadier support or customer service team no longer respond to emails?
It seems incredibly strange that it is almost impossible to contact anyone at the company for help.

I agree, the support team are not responsive to my queries either.

I thought they were slow, I hope this isn't an indication that they are having issues.

I see that this post was created about 4 month ago, and it is still the case: customer support is still an Arcadier issue.
