  Hi Michael, in the meantime, you can integrate it for free and easily into your marketplace. There are many web based solutions that exist and you can easily find. I cannot recommend one in particular, so I will not give any names, but it is very easy to find.

  @nico can you confirm whether the chat plug-ins allow a customer to speak to a specific merchant? Has anybody successfully integrated a chat plug-in to do so. If so which one?
