Have the option as a seller on a rental marketplace to upload an item for sell and for rent on the same list

It will be useful if sellers will have the option to upload an item, and will be able to offer it for sell as well as for rent on the same item page.

This way sellers that want to let the buyers more options would be able to do it.

  Hi,

   

  There where more votes for this feature request, I am not sure how its removed.

  This is very important feature as I get a lot of complains from users that think its tedious to became a seller and upload items
