Does the system allow bidding?

I would like to find out if there is a feature that allows bidding for items on the marketplace.

  Hi, Desmond! 

  Currently, we don't offer buyers to place a request for a project and select winners. Though there is a process in our marketplaces wherein buyers can send an inquiry on the item then sellers will send them an offer (creating bid/proposal for prices) and buyers can, therefore, accept or decline the seller's offer.
