Multi merchant checkout with Stripe (whilst adhering to SCA)

Have any admins been able to identify a solution to allow multi-merchant check-out on a retail marketplace with Stripe whilst adhering to SCA for European transactions?

We could switch to PayPal as our payment provider but the user experience is not as slick in our testing and admins are charged PP fees – no charges through Stripe.
