Adding live video chat (like zoom) for online tutor-student marketplace

Hi,

I want to create a marketplace for tutors and students.

Eveything I want is supported EXCEPT for the feature of having online video chats between the teachers and the students. There are TONS of 3rd party solutions out there but I wouldn't know how to add it myself. Moreover, I beliebe you usually need also to write in ASP/PHP for these types of integrations and my understanding is that the code editor only support javascript/HTML/CSS which is not good enough to do these integrations yourself. 

Any ideas how I can make this happen? I am even willing to pay for customization. Who should I talk to about this?
