Sub categories quick add

Hi,

I have literally hundreds of sub categories to add to my marketplace and all the instruction manuals and videos show a plus button on the left side of the parent categories which allows for quick adding, but this plus button is not on my version. Can you please tell me if there is a different version I should be using? Or another way to add the sub categories quickly?
