Make booked service times non-selectable (greyed out) in list of available times.

When a user is booking a service time with a vendor, they should only be allowed to select a time that hasn't been booked.  The booked times should be greyed out and non-selectable.  Only available times that the vendor has entered or that haven't been booked should be user selectable.
