Are there any businesses in the U.S. currently using the Arcadier platform? Would like to know how you are working around the European date format when booking in the calendar. Currently Arcadier uses the date format DD/MM/YYYY. But in America the format is MM/DD/YYYY and by using the Euro format it can become very confusing for the user. Hoping Arcadier offers a U.S. format soon since they advertise their platform in the U.S. but in the meantime would be helpful to hear any workaround strategies.

  Hello,

  Yes, in Europe we are using this date format. However, in France, we are not using the 12-hour clock format (am/pm) but the 24-hour clock format. This can be very confusing in France.

   

  I agree with Maddy E. If Arcadier could give the possibility to set-up the date and the hour format it would be very great.
