    Hi Toni,

Are you referring to what the admin portal would look like? The admin portal would look exactly the same. However, when you click on Advanced > Custom Code, you would be redirected to the subscription page instead rather than the page which would allow you to input your custom codes.

Regarding the key differences, as you rightly pointed out, the key differences are in the amount of customizations you can make (e.g. no custom codes input, no API access) and the number of transactions.

Thanks for your response.  No, I'm asking about what my front end home page options would be.  In the pricing plan it says that the Basic Plan has a customisable home page, and I wanted to find out what the non-customisable home page would look like.  What content blocks are available  -  i.e. header/slider/category listings/call to action etc. - and how much can these be changed.

Perhaps you could add a few screenshots to your FAQ to demonstrate this to new clients.

Because you offer the Basic features in the free trial, it's impossible to figure this out.

    Thanks.

    Hi Toni,

Thank you for that and apologies for the lack of clarification. So moving from Basic (Free-trial package) to Starter, it would mean that:

    Sliders

    1. You can keep the existing changes you made while on the Basic (e.g. sliders, CTA panels)

    2. You will be able to edit the text on existing sliders, but you will not be able to add any new sliders

    Panels

    3. You will not be able to add any new panels

    4. Your existing panels will NOT be displayed on your marketplace website

So when someone views your marketplace, all they will be able to see your existing sliders, your categories, and your latest listings.

Hope that clarifies, and yes thank you for the suggestion. We will be creating a help article on the matter soon.
