Escrow.com API Integration

Hi,

Since Payoneer escrow no longer operates, is it possible to have escrow.com as an escrow solution. They charge only 0.89% per transaction and it is by far the best and most complete escrow solution in the market. I would add huge value  to Arcadier and also to all users here. Please consider it.
