Dealbreaker
Arcadier not ready yet for for a big transition like other existing companies.
1) They make fields mandatory for you to fill out (Example - About Us). I asked them if they can make it not mandatory and they told me you can put dashes or hire developer. Really? Who have time to hire developer for this small change?
2) I tried to send email to Aracdier and their rep Joyce told me this takes time and asked me to go vote for the feature and if they receive maximum votes they will look into this? Like really?
Its all about customer experience in this generation and if you think putting dashes in contact us number would be a great customer experience, I think Arcadier is not ready yet. This should be planned when designing an theme, if not you should be ready to fix this on tho go for good experience.
You need to adapt a good model and work based on what other companies work and not reply to your customer asking them to go vote. I was hesitant in the beginning and this proves it. We have a huge startup plan and this just trashed it. Good luck Aracdier.

I agree. Some basic features are missing. What is worse to me is the Contact Us phone number, and the solution it put dashes or write javascript hack to hide it. This should not be requirement in the first place, and is a one hour fix to allow disabling it as well.
There are other areas which I see are very limited. However I've been testing several marketplaces for past 2 weeks, and I'm surprised to see this seems very common to be very restrictive in changes.
