Basic features that should be covered upon enrollment

Since I have joined over 2 months ago I have probably wasted at least a month for Arcadier to respond to my emails or having to wait for them to change things I should be able to change myself.  Is so time inefficient and poorly managed by the Arcadier team to prioritize on things that should be covered as is offered on any online platform available in the cyberspace. And if they wold make a priority to offer this they would have less members angry and frustrated and have the time to improve the platform. 

Below are the features that are standard EVERYWHERE else, and websites are not release without having these ready to function:

1.- Admin be able to delete accounts

2.- Admin be able to change % fee

3.- Admin be able to upgrade/downgrade as needed

4.- Users be able to cancel their accounts

Be smart and get some technical issues out of the way, otherwise as you get more members it will be a snowball effect of more frustrated members.  Other marketplaces offer this as standard.
