Feature request deleted by Aracdier
Hi,
I posted a feature request up a few days ago asking some difficult questions to answer it seems. It exposed a number of areas that proved fault with this platform, that was extensively explained and SO valuable for people to know before investing in this platform. This platform is new, I totally understand there will be teething issues but it shouldn't be hidden from people considering to invest.
It provided a fair detailed explanation to a lot of my experiences. It was in no way rude or untrue.
After a few days back and forth conversation with Arcaider on the comments in the post, the post got removed.
I then e-mailed a number of times to ask why this has been deleted and I have been completely ignored. I am outraged that you can remove an issue/s that I have come up against so others can't see them.
Please can you explain this? Is this not the point of an open community, to discuss, explain and move forward? I thought seeing as I don't get any response to my e-mails and I only get replied to on public posts... this was the only way to get an answer.

John here! It seems that you have triggered the spam filters defined by our system support provider - Zendesk. We do not know what exactly triggers this, but we have fixed it.
