Users exchange phones and go around my site payment system

I am dealing with a problem that a lot of users just exchange phones and keep chating on Whatsapp (one of the reasons that I hear is that the chat on the site is not so comfortable for them).

This results in sales that happen between them and I am loosing my fees.

I know that only when they make transactions on the site they can get reviews- maybe it is not so important for them.

Also the security with transactions via site might be not enough.

 

Any suggestions?

Also it will be helpful if Arcadier will add some feature of warning or something, so users will be more aware to the benefits of paying via the marketplace.

  There is nothing Arcadier can do. It is just like Grab/Uber. Once the passenger and the driver completed a ride once, there is nothing to stop them to take future ride-sharing private. 

  But many still stay on the Grab/Uber platform, because if the favourite driver is not available, there will be others to pick up their booking. Plus their passenger insurance is covered and when they take rides via Grab/Uber, they get points or incentives. 

  You have to think of ways to make them sticky to your marketplace by creating the difference between transacting via your marketplace and offline. 

  Otherwise you have to change your revenue model.
