Filters not working?

    Hi Scarlett, 

    John here from Arcadier, our team has investigated the issue and it seems that your custom codes are preventing your filters from working. We totally agree that it is definitely important that the filters on your marketplace are working prior to your launch and have since replied to your ticket regarding this issue!

    My filters aren't working either....

    Just to make sure it wasn't just me I visited some other Arcadier Marketplace sites and tried their filters as well just to make sure. Their filters aren't working as well.

     

    I notified Support and they said they are looking into it...but it's super concerning that this is an issue that any admin should be facing.
