Enable the platform to handle more variants without locking up (retail)

Thank you to the Arcadier team for the recent fixes to the Variants functionality.  I am still testing but it looks like all the bugs have been fixed.

Next, we need this system to be able to handle more option choices before the system locks up and won't save.  Since the chart becomes so massive, anything past a certain point locks up if we try to add another option choice especially when trying to use all 3 variants.

Since this is a major advertising point for Arcadier -- "create your own Etsy" -- it makes sense that this feature should be the best in the business.
