Arcadier does not respond to support, anybody else having this problem???
I have tried to reach customer support for about 4 days now and I have not heard back, and weekends is worse!
Anybody having this issue??? My marketplace has technical problems and I can't launch my business this way, but Arcadier simply does not respond or take forever.
I feel by now they should hire support over seas and have live chat if they are taking payments from customers they are ought to respond.
What happens when the marketplace is live with real users and they have problems and Arcadier does not support, they just leave us hanging???
I was very excited about this platform but now I am scare to launch my business like this.
Anybody experiencing this?

Hello Hesson, and thank you for your response.
I was hoping to launch my business this week and was facing a lot of log in issues which I appreciate they are being investigated now.
I certainly hope Arcadier makes an investment to hire customer support and live chat to assist the people that will make the business successful, because being stuck without help for 5 days is not acceptable. I can't have my customers wait that long and I would not want to hear from their frustration either as a business owner.

I would like an answer regarding not being able to reach my admin portal. I get server error...?

Hi Lizz.
I had a similar issue a while back but was advised by Hesson from Arcadier to use the "Support" tab that is located on the bottom right of your admin panel. He explains that there is a dedicated person/team that takes care of that. Since contacting them viat that tab, i have been getting responses back fairly quickly. Normally within 24 hours.

Thank you Teo. I will continue to reach out to them that way. I was mostly replying to an email chain from previous conversations, but I guess they no longer check that.

I have the same problem Michael. Were you able to resolve it? Support has not gotten back to me in 2 days now.
