Ability to block access to users as Seller but still allow them access as Buyers

Right now, when a user is registered as both a Buyer and a Seller under the same profile, it is only possible for the admin to either: (i) allow total access to the marketplace to that user ie both as a Buyer and as a Seller, or (ii) block total access to that user as both Buyer and Seller.
It would be definitely useful if the marketplace admin had the ability/flexibility to activate/deactivate only the Seller Access to users who are registered as both Buyers and Sellers under the same profile.
This would allow the marketplace admin to check the user before allowing him/her to post & sell listings on the marketplace. This is useful when the admin wants to control who is selling on the marketplace.
The Private Settings of the marketplace is not a good alternative to that, because on a Private marketplace, users cannot be both a buyer and a seller under the same profile.
--> Right now if the admin selects "No", then the user access becomes automatically "No" for both Buyer and Seller access.
--> It would be good to have the ability to select "Yes" under the Buyer access and "No" under the Seller access.

Yes! Being a Seller-user is far more demanding than being a Buyer. Some people simply can't/wont't be good Sellers, but they should not be blocked from being Buyers. Make it easy for users to be customers!
